The Laboratory implements an accredited ISO 17025 quality system - General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.

It covers the organisational processes, operating procedures, tests methods, calibration of equipment and staff competencies. This ensures the quality, the traceability and the reproducibility of the results.

The conformity reports delivered by SOLIATIS LAB under COFRAC accreditation are internationally recognized thanks to mutual recognition agreements between national accreditation bodies.

Customer satisfaction is in the centre of SOLIATIS LAB quality policy. Its objectives are the followings:

▪     answer customer requirements in term of reliability, confidentiality, delivery lead time and reactivity

▪     ensure full technical mastering of the tests and accuracy, precision and reproducibility of the results

▪     ensure adequacy of competency level and technical needs, thanks to training programs and relevant hiring

▪     efficiently manage customer complaints and internal non-conformity, putting in place adequate corrective actions

▪     control the accuracy of the test results by organizing, on a regularly basis, cross testing and internal audits.
